The shirting fabric makes it pop out. My favorite choice is the blue. Taking pictures is a great idea. Maybe I need to invest in a digital camera. I am working on a little quilt right now, all scrappy, but am definitely going to keep making these little quilts, so much fun, and almost instant gratification. I'm bookmarking this one....thought I had subscribed to the APQ newsletter, must not have. I like all your ideas, and I like both borders but am so passionate about blues, I think that's my favorite...and I don't mind the blue setting squares next to the border. I love your fabric choices and the crisp white shirting print against the darker fabrics. Whichever way you finish, it'll be beautiful, pls be sure to post your finished quilt :-) Ann, I love your version of this little quilt! The blue corner stones let the centre flow into the border. I did a quilt with corner stones that matched the outer border without realising that you're 'not supposed to do that'. I don't care for any of the borders as they don't seem to enhance the quilt at all. Just my opinion! My vote is for no borders or a plain dark blue border.
