At last! I’m finally able to post a pic of border 3 done. The weather and my health (have had a virus of some kind) have prevented me from getting outside to take a pic. I finished the third border on Thursday. I have the vines appliqued to border 4 and am ready to start adding the birds and flowers.

hey ann.. did you have all this fabric in your stash or is it a kit from a store??
It’s GORGEOUS, Ann!!! Isn’t it fun to see it coming together?! Glad if you’re feeling better! Keep up the EXCELLENT work. ; )
GLORIOUS!!!! So impressive! I love it!
Thanks for the kind words! I’m trying to stay disciplined with this project and not set it aside while I start something new.
Deb..I bought the starter kit which gives you a variety of fabrics for the feathers. You are supposed to add in other fabrics of your own. When my kit arrived I didn’t care for some of the fabrics, so I replaced them with others.
You have done a ton of work on this quilt. It is spectacular!
Wow what a great accomplishment so far. It is absolutely beautiful and looks very daunting. Keep chuggin along! What other projects are up and coming?
BRAVO !!!
Holy Cow Woman! You have some gorgeous quilts here. I LOVE this quilt you’re working on — I can’t believe the speed with which you’re completing the borders! I’ve been working on an applique border, not nearly as detailed as yours for 15 years LOL!
Oh Ann — it looks fabulous! The corners are beautifully done and look totally seamless. It’s the most gorgeous color palette and I cannot figure out how you complete these so quickly.
This quilt is so beautiful, your work is amazing, Ann! I do hope you feel better soon
This is an incredible quilt… just amazing… I, also, hope that you are feeling better.
